职责:
1.维持既定资源的供应和研究新的或替换资源
2.参与规格和标准制订
3.在产品设计和市场资源方面提供营运总裁和市场部以及采购和供应方面的建议
4.代表公司与供应商接洽
5.提供制造或购买的决策建议
6.合理成本控制
Job Description:
a) Directly report to Operation President of the Company to overall supervise the SCM team
b) Ensure on-time material supplies to match with production plan and on schedule delivery of products to customers.
c) To be responsible to overall material cost control and provide suggestion to Operation President on the reduction of material cost.
d) Coordinate with the suppliers and logistic companies on behalf of the Company to ensure stability of material and service supply as well as its cost and service fee
e) Manage the daily operation of SCM Departments include but not limited to tasks arrangement, expenditure verification, recruitment, training, staff transfer and appraisal, etc.
f) To perform other duties as required for the role of SCM General Manager of the Company; and
g) To perform such other duties as assigned by the Company.
要求:
1.本科以上学历,管理类专业,
2.英语和日语流利
2.对产品设计\市场资源\成本控制能提供有效的采购与供应决策性意见,能不断开拓能为公司增值的供应商以提高竞争力
3.熟悉ERP管理系统,能为部门提供指导
4.精通供应链运作和熟悉相关的供应渠道
5.优秀的领导能力\管理能力,接受过系统的职业经理人培训
6.10年以上SCM工作经验和不少于5年以上大型制造企业同等职位管理经验.
7.有良好的敬业精神及团队协作精神，能不断的进行改善创新；
8.拥有良好的专业知识，能熟练处理岗位职责内各项事务，以及满足岗位的其他要求
Requirement:
a) Bachelor degree above; Major in management;
b) Fluent in English and Japanese
c) Familiar with ERP management system and provide guide for department
d) Put forward effective suggestion on purchasing and supply for product design, market source and cost control;
e) Proficient in SCM operation and conversant with relevant SCM channel
f) Excellent leadership and management capability; Take systemic occupational manager training
g) More 10 years SCM experience and more 5 year management experience of large manufacturing corporation
h) Excellent professional dedication and team work sprits; With innovation and improvement idea
i) Possess excellent specialized knowledge, capability of deal with all matters to meet requirement
